Number portability lets you keep your phone number when switching providers or technology, with no need for a new one. Doing it with iWinds means we handle the entire portability process with your carrier — you never have to deal with it.
Can I keep using my current landline phone?
No. We will provide the number of VoIP phones you need, on loan (comodato).
What other ways can I use my line?
Given the characteristics of iWinds' services, you can use our service on IP phones, a softphone on your PC, or even an app on your mobile phone.
Will I be without my line at any point?
On the day portability takes effect, the line may be unreachable for a maximum of 3 hours.
What contractual obligations do I have?
The account holder must settle or agree on a payment plan for any debts arising from use of the service with the previous carrier, including late-payment interest if applicable.
